Medacom College Featured in IVESC’s 2024 Global Wind Energy Research Rankings

Medacom College is proud to announce its inclusion in the 2024 Global University Wind Energy Research Rankings, published by the International Vocational Education Standard Committee (IVESC). Ranked 25th globally, the College stands alongside leading international institutions for its impactful research contribution to wind energy innovation.

Medacom College was specifically recognized for its research paper:

“Regional Adaptability of Wind Turbines”
This study addresses the challenge of optimizing wind turbine performance across varied geographic and climatic environments. By focusing on region-specific design adaptations, the research provides practical guidance for localized wind energy deployment and long-term sustainability.

About the Ranking
The IVESC ranking evaluates institutions based on the influence, innovation, and applicability of their wind energy research. A total of 30 universities from across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania were selected. Other ranked institutions include:
